Parc At Duluth is a wonderful living environment. I am thrilled for my parents. The staff has been amazing. Rachel and Karen have made their transition seamless. They are so friendly and responsive. The people that live there love it and there is always some fun activity going on. I highly recommend Parc at Duluth for senior living.

Having my family member here has been one of the best decisions. The staff is amazing, caring and so helpful. There are so many that help us every day. From the day I met Rachel Sanders the decision was easy that PAD was the right place. She continues to be amazing.

I came to the Parc at Duluth as a stroke survivor when my family moved me to be closer to them. At this point in my life, the last place I thought I’d be living in was a retirement home. I also was genuinely impressed with the care and the friendships I would form in my 2 years of living and thriving here! The building, grounds, location, and apartments make it a great place to live but what truly sets the Parc apart as a special place is the people. Carmen, the head of the assisted living floor in the community, completed an assessment on me and I thank God every day I passed! The facility has an in house therapy company for physical and occupational therapy allowing easy access for my continued therapy from my stroke. My therapists Soo and Meenu have been amazing and I continue to progress everyday. I could go on again about the activities, family events, entertainment, exercise and yoga classes, weekly outings, but the Parc is much more, the staff here understands this a home and we are all family. The executive team lead by Yania (with her great fashion sense!), is top notch. From Jose, Nicole, John, Rachel and Karen, they truly make you feel at home, cultivating a caring, respectful and fun community! Jan is great with her exercise classes and yoga too! And of course every morning wouldn’t be complete without bingo with Debra in activities! I joke that I am the luckiest to be here, with the amazing staff and 100 sets of grandparents cheering me on as I recover. I also can’t say enough about the wait staff and food (some of the food great, some not, but when can you please everyone?), swift acting maintenance crew that keep our building so beautiful and the cleaning staff that clean and do my laundry once a week, every one of them takes pride in their work and it shows! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live and continue my stroke recovery than a place I call home, the Parc, or as I refer to it as my Shady Pines!!

As a resident at Parc at Duluth I wish to relate some very personal positive happenings to myself and my wife here. The sales staff, Rachel and Karen have recently extended an extensive plan and modified offering to a future resident by making several modifications to the offer which was above and beyond superior. It is typical of this retirement community! The restaurant staff has on many occasions extended outstanding help to us and other residents: * On a late (February 24, 2026) arrival past meal time one evening four of the serving staff noted our late arrival and showed concern and were willing to set out a light meal for us! * Nataly Siniora has made dietary modifications to my wife and I causing our physical conditions to improve. I have lost weight as a result. Another resident has seen particular help. THANK you! * Christi Luciano has paid specific attention to my unusual needs and consciously gone out of the way. Once offering her personal coat to my wife. * Douglas has on many occasions paid special attention to a certain need There are other extensively above and beyond attentions to us by: Adrian Petit Alvaro Escobar Pavela Kannady Afsun Elias (Contreras) Ramus Luis Herrera and please excuse me for misspelling and omissions of these wonderful individuals. We honor them!
