I could not recommend PAC enough. LiLi, the director, and her team provide excellent care with empathy, deep knowledge, and a true sense of community. Her expertise has been invaluable to our family in guiding us through various challenges, and I'm grateful we found her. We looked at many places in the area, and our family is very happy with this choice. I've also witnessed the caretakers with other residents, and I'm always heartened to see the professionalism and consistency in treating residents with respect and dignity. They literally know everyone's names.

The staff are truly exceptional—they are always greeting everyone with a warm smile the moment they walk through the door, and the front desk team consistently provides a great, helpful experience. The standout feature is the gorgeous courtyard, which offers a peaceful and stunning outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. They also provide a fantastic schedule of daily activities, including great exercise classes that keep residents active and engaged. A bonus is the valet service, which makes it incredibly easy to visit loved ones without ever having to worry about parking. It is a truly exceptional place that thinks of every detail!

I had a truly wonderful experience at Palo Alto Commons. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The facility is spotless and very well maintained, and you can really see the care and attention that goes into the community. They also offer convenient valet and underground parking, which made the visit even easier and stress-free. What stood out most to me is how much the staff genuinely cares about the residents. Every interaction felt kind and respectful, and you can tell the residents are truly valued and well taken care of. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and inviting. I would highly recommend Palo Alto Commons to anyone looking for a clean, caring, and well-run senior living community.

Front desk is amazing. The staff is very welcoming and always very helpful. They are very resourceful when it comes to problem solving, residents needs, resident transportations, and answering the phones. Always a nice experience with the front desk in this community.
