Owen Finch
I recently moved my father into the Palms, and it has been a great experience and the facility is wonderful. All of the staff are very friendly, and the facility has lot's of natural lighting, is very clean and modern, and has an active atmosphere. On my father's move in day, the general manager, nurse, and recreation manager all made time to personally introduce themselves, and the team had prepared a welcome basket as well, which was a nice touch.
