Exceptional facility and staff !

Terrible place. My mom was in memory care. I found her laying on the mattress without sheets or a mattress pad many times. Her mattress became soiled due to this. I would visit and her clothes were dirty. I would return the next day and she was still in the same clothes. I reported this to the director, Liz to no avail. They had a bedbug infestation and I was not informed for weeks. That was the final straw and I moved her out of there.

My moms loves living at Palmilla, she was lonely in her home and now her days are filled friendship and laughter

Palmilla has provided my sister with professional and friendly care, I could not be more happy with the staff, services and always appreciate the cleanliness throughout the community, Thank you all!
