I’ve been so disappointed with other assisted living facilities, felt like I wasn’t leaving my mom in good hands. Here the people are totally focused on making it the best experience possible, and I truly feel like I can trust them with the most important woman in the world to me. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Carola is an amazing administrator. She handles problems with such grace and compassion it is almost baffling. The care staff shows every day how much they care for each and every single resident. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is always amazing and the cooks are very knowledgeable about each persons diet and restrictions.

I was looking for a home-like feel for my husband. I found Palm Cottages. It is my 2nd family. Everyone from the Caregivers, Chefs, and the Director truly cares about the residents. They listen to your concerns, if you have any and immediately corrects any issues you may have. My husband has been there almost 3 years. I go every day to visit and I can tell you after all the other facilities I have visited I would take him no where else. The cottages are small & homey and the food is excellent. Like a restaurant. That makes me happy. Love Palm Cottages for my husband!
