Lobby windows are never clean, windows above entrance doors dirty. Door frame are not wipe down, elevators needs cleaning, control panels needs to be Sanibel daily. Needs lobby area needs upgraded, trash along fence in back parking lot always. These are some little things that dont get done, staff is great, maintenance are on top of things,and they get it done,
