My mom was injured here from a walk outside memory facility with an employee which resulted in head injury and going to hospital plus broken teeth; very inept management that responded; we took her out immediately; shame on you Pacifica

My father is in the memory care section and the care he gets is less than good. They change workers often. I’m not sure how qualified any of them are. I’m sure they do not pay them very well and it shows He isn’t instructed to brush his teeth they don’t put in his hearing aids, they don’t turn on the TV for him and his room is dirty when we have gone there many times sometimes it smells very disappointing for how much we’re paying. We do have pictures of the way his room has looked several time we have gone to visit. The cost is pretty expensive I guess average for senior memory care. We are going to find another place that can and will take care for him better.

Due to HIPPA rules (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), we are restricted from commenting specifically about your father’s health condition and care. But we take the word “care” very seriously in that we do provide a safe environment for all of our residents as well as an equal need to protect the health and welfare of our staff. Our hardworking staff tries to maintain a healthy environment for every resident, no matter the type of behaviors they encounter. If you feel the need to move your father from our care, that is your prerogative and we would understand.
