If you love your Loved ones BEWARE don’t put them here!! It’s not safe for the patients or the workers. Place is dirty , they don’t bath the patients, they sold me false dreams. It’s so under staffed they can’t give enough attention to the patients, all the patients do is wonder around. It’s no interaction to stimulate or structure for the patients. Most of the staff are very nice but you can see the frustration in their faces and the lack of support. One thing I feel it’s not safe is locking the patients in their rooms every night, my mom is a diabetic and if her sugar is low and not feeling good NO ONE WOULD EVER KNOW until the morning. While sitting on her bed I found ants in her bed and along the wall , I immediately cloroxed her room, changed her linens and my husband exterminated the room the next day, no problems since. I also wash my mom clothes and while taking her basket out the biggest cockroach I’ve seen was trailing behind me. The entire place reeks of urine and dirtiness. I’m breaking her contract for her safety. SHES OUT!!! This would never happen at Morse life.

Kevin was nice and gave us a tour of the facility. He was very detailed and explained the process for us. The cottage and room were nice and clean. The staff is also friendly. My grandmother has macular degeneration so the buckled sidewalks do not work for her.
