Unless you enjoy microwaving every meal, do not rent here. A cheap hotplate (in some "upgraded" units) and microwave are the only cooking options in these "luxury" units. Oh and they don't tell you that until after you pay your application fee. Literally 4 minutes after I paid an application fee I was told I could not cancel the application or get a refund. Small, dingy units and sub-par management. I lost $200 in application fees, but I dodged a bullet! Be picky!! Go to Rize Management's website. They have many options are far better to work with. Good luck out there!

Worst place ever. No signs about parking, parking lot almost empty, I was visiting and walked right by the managers desk. I was there less than 2 hours and my car was towed. The parking space where my car was parked was still empty and so was the most of the parking lot. Additionally, the halls and floors are dirty and the whole place isn't well kept.
