Zero Stars, Just Pure greed and elder neglect. No staffing, no doctor visits, no dementia meds, no one there during visits, my mom ended up in ER from there crappy care.

Cottage of lynnwood has been a wonderful place for my grandma. Heads off to evening caregivers who has been doing a great job with my grandma, especially in memory care, the caregivers are so interactive with the residents, loving, caring, passionate, supportive, diligent and many other. I would personally like to acknowledge Shobna Pillay for being an outstanding staff and providing care to the resident as their family member and made my grandma feel like home. Thank you

I would rate is zero stars if I could. Care Partners does not own the license to run this facility. They will be closed by July 4, 2025 unless miracle happens. They cannot appeal the DSHS decision because don't own the license and they have too many violations. DSHS cannot license a facility that has so many violations and complaints. Care Partners has had a year to fix the issues and has not done so. The list of violations I obtained June 6, 2025, was 25 pages long. Even if they keep the building open, your family member is in great peril living there. The facility is dirty because they don't hire housekeepers. On weekends, there is one staff member for four buildings, including a memory care. Med techs serve meals because nobody is staffing the facility. They have screwed up my mother's medication numerous times, including a full day of missed antibiotics, which led to another ER visit. The building is left unlocked and unsecured all day, every day. Some one could walk in at anytime hurt your family member or ransack the building and nobody would even know, because of low staffing. If you value your family member, do not place them in this facility. It will be closed soon anyway. I was told by DSHS that all Care Partner building are constantly in violation. I suggest you do not consider any Care Partner facility. They have good sales people who claim they are great, but really they are a nightmare!
