House of Horrors! Do homework before making decision. Absentee licensee, absentee and uninterested COO. High staff turnover, no training, terrible food, no activities.

Took my Aunt to Ivy Glenn Terrace. and Matt and his staff of caregivers, made me feel so at easy and relieved to know that our Aunt was safe and in good hands. The home is clean and nice, so much i could even live their with her. Thank you so much all of you at Ivy Glenn Terrace, you really give peace of mind to all of us that care so much about her.. Easy 5 Stars !!!
