Wendy Rutherford
Great place to aid your family when your parents need assistance!

Thank you so much for those kind words, Ms Rutherford!

I wish my mom had the same wonderful experience. However, she’s no longer around. I feel like she went much sooner because OLH gave up on her and provided no care for her. Too many disgusting things I could share but won’t. Terrible communication all around. We only heard when we had to press. Total lack of medical care leading her to the hospital. So much more I could say, but it won’t bring her back to us. Only giving a 2 star because it is a pretty place on the outside and some interior spaces, and a very few personnel members. I only hope and pray no one else suffers like my mom. No matter how much we spoke for her and tried to advocate, we were treated like outcasts while we listened to others getting all love and attention. God bless those not as fortunate. Dehydration, kidney failure, bed sores, sepsis and all the things led to my mom leaving us. Advocate to the top of your lungs for your loved ones.

Ms. Rosenfeld - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our team was happy to speak with your family directly earlier this week. Providing high-quality, resident-centered care is always our top priority, and we are truly sorry if your experience led you to feel that communication regarding your mother’s care did not meet that standard. While we are unable to discuss individual health matters publicly, we welcome continued dialogue and encourage you or your family to reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns. It is our sincere belief that additional discussion and explanation will restore your confidence in Our Lady of Hope.

My mother was in the skilled nursing/rehab part of Our Lady of Hope for 9 weeks. The staff on her floor were exceptional. They were caring, kind, gentle, and loving towards my mother. They treated her with dignity and respect. I don't know about the other parts of the building, but the employees there and the admin/ rehab people were fabulous.
