Our House Residential Care Homes is comprised of four Vermont State Licensed Level 3 Residential Care Homes, three of which are special care units specifically designed for dementia care, and one transitional/assisted living facility. Founded in 2001, the organization provides a homelike environment with caregivers trained specifically to interact with individuals with dementia.
