Our House Residential Care Homes is comprised of four Vermont State Licensed Level 3 Residential Care Homes, three of which are special care units specifically designed for dementia care, and one transitional/assisted living facility. Founded in 2001, the organization is dedicated to providing care for people with dementia in a homelike environment with trained caregivers.
