This company was retained by a local bank - to conduct a technical analysis of the HVAC equipment in our commercial building. I expected a service technician to arrive but found the "inspector" is a graduate mechanical engineer and was 1. Competent, 2. Friendly, 3. Thorough. We need more of this level of professionalism in the industry!
