My uncle has layed in that bed for over a week this the worse I ever seen they do not give him answers he can not get hi he's supposed to have therapy he can not get a straight answer when they're even going to start therapy on him he can't get no water to drink they don't check on him he's been wanting a bath I wouldn't put my pet in that rehab at all or that nursing home this is unbelievable that nobody cares about a human life and that's what it comes down to

Rene, we take resident and family concerns seriously. We encourage you to communicate directly with our administrator on matters of concern. Most of the time we find out that the concern is from a misunderstanding and can be resolved quickly if handled together. Please contact our office right away to schedule an appointment.

I just had a relative stay here. They didn't answer her call light and she laid in bed most of the time. The weekend was the worst for care. When we started asking questions and saying something, we were treated bad by managers. We moved her to another place and she is getting better.
