Mahnaz Lucas
OSA Heritage is overall very good. Staff are very friendly. I moved my mother to OSA five years ago and we have been happy with level of care and services. They provide clean and sanitary facilities in a home environment. The owner has been very attentive to the health of my mother.
Response from the owner
Our ability to provide compassionate care for Mahnaz’s mom is a reflection of Mahnaz’s invaluable support in terms of how best to provide care for her mom. The frequency with which she visits her mom goes a long way to demonstrate her unconditional love for her. For this, our team is highly indebted to Mahnaz and we are committed to her mom’s happiness. Joe.

We put my MIL there. She was there for memory care. Lies! They let her sit in wet diapers. She has a very bad rash. Joe said she would be able to walk around outside. The ladies who take care of them are not certified. They don’t do background checks. They are being sued. Do not take your love ones there. They were not going to let us get her without paying them $3500. Her first day was Sept. 7. Some of the things they are doing is against the law. Thank God she is out of that awful place.
Response from the owner
This is obviously a biased review. Laura didn’t care about the mother-in-law. She literally dumped her in our facility and disappeared, and never asked about her again. She suddenly showed up three weeks later and demanded for her discharge without paying the due rent, stating that the mother-in-law was “illegally placed in the facility” For unbiased and authentic reviews of Osa Heritage Homes services, please visit the websites of Caring.com and A Place For Mom - (aplceformom.com/osa-heritage-homes) the two nationally acclaimed referral Agencies in US, and check out our 5-Star Reviews.

Everything Joe told me about this place was a lie. He told me they cooked every day. They microwave fish sticks and fries. I was told they provide 24 hr care. They shutdown at 5 pm daily. They don't know how to administer medicines. My sister had a new bottle of seizure medicine, it was used in 2 weeks. It was supposed to last 30 days. She was there for about 3 weeks with a bandage on her right foot with a diabetic sore. I had to request a wound care nurse come a change it. I transferred my sister to Glory Road and a week later she's back in the hospital with an infection in her foot. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
