Don’t recommend this place to put your loved ones here. My friends grandma is here and that place is so messed up. Heard so many side conversation from staff talking bad about residents who live there. The amount of neglect I’ve seen from that place truly disgust me and I hope that place shuts down from it. May God forgive anyone affiliated in that place.

Not happy with this place at all. Both my mother in law ( alzheimers patient) and my father in law ( asdisted living resident)are residents here. Visited my father in law recently found dirty used depends on the floor, trash on the floor and trash all over the restroom floor. His clothes on the floor. Nothing had been cleaned in a while. The help is not friendly and does not help very much with getting him in and out of his wheelchair. They were very rude to my wife when she complained about the situation, which is something I will not tolerate , period. I suggest you go often and at all different times to make surevyour loved ones are being cared for properly. They receive a lot of money each month for unacceptable service.

The building is very clean. All staff are amazing at what they do. The Resident Service Director, Jonnathan is his nice I believe is super friendly and is always willing to help. If you are looking for a place for a family member I recommend Aqua Ridge.

I give this a 2 star. The reason is the care given to residents is absolutely pathetic i have visited the facility twice to a resident family friend of mine both the care and cleaning ness is absolutely 0% . The caregivers doesn’t care about their residents and their safety and their memory care director is their she doesn’t value her job or she doesn’t care. The room we’re pathetic and unbearable in bad conditions

A lovely home that looks like a hotel with all of the accommodations of a good hotel. The food is excellent. The staff is polite and accommodating. Everything is immaculate. My friend is much better since he has been there for the last 4 months. He is happy and adjusting to his new environment. He’s making friends and introduced me to several of his new friends. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who has a family member that needs safe memory accommodations.
