Orchard Pointe at Surprise

My mother was a resident at Orchard Pointe. Every staff person we encountered was personable, kind and caring. They treated her at all times with respect and compassion. At the end of her life the staff were particularly attentive, not just to her but to our family as well. I received a sympathy card that was personally signed by the staff that cared for her after her passing. We are so thankful my mother spent her last months here. Its a wonderful place.

New to the area in 2023 and needing care for my FIL, was a challenge. After visiting a dozen or so care facilities, we were able to quit looking. We feel confident and secure with the Orchard Point Surprise care team, as he is doing well and being cared for with TLC that is unmatched with similar facilities. Making these decisions is never an easy task, working with OPS gives options and assistance. We appreciate all you do!

I am the daughter of a resident at Orchard Pointe @ Surprise AZ. I had a phone ordered to be delivered to my mother who is currently without a phone. The first time I've ever dealt with staff at this facility was when I called the front desk earlier today, identified myself and let them know she would be receiving a package delivery. I called back again identifying myself with both first and last name to confirm that the UPS delivery had occurred. Michelle (who UPS said shown signed for it) stated: No, she had only received one UPS delivery and it was for surgical gloves. I called UPS who had the delivery driver return to the facility and miraculously the phone had been delivered and signed for but supposedly was sent under my name. I'd called and used my name a total of 5 times today and somehow that detail was missed. Obviously I'm not a resident of the facility so why would a package be accepted under my name. My first experience dealing with the staff of the facility my mom resides at and not impressed at all about the service.

The entire staff was great and the management group is top notice. My dad reluctantly agreed to enter an assisted-living facility following years of discussions. After a month at Orchard, he said "I should have done this sooner." Friendly and engaging staff made his stay there comfortable and gave me piece of mind that my dad's needs were receiving attention.

The memory care manager and staff are amazing. They treat everyone like family. They are compassionate and experienced. The place is clean, and good food tailored to the needs of the individuals.
