The staff at Orchard Park are kind and helpful, the food options and flavor needs much improvement, there needs to be more activities. If the food had its own rating it would be a 2.

If your family member is reluctant to being in an assisted living facility, have them do a tour with the staff at Orchard Park Senior Living. They will put their minds at ease with their ability to “customize” your family member’s care and make them feel AT HOME from day one. If they want more reassurance, have them speak to fellow community members about their positive experiences. The staff made a commitment to us to provide outstanding care from housekeeping, to maintenance, to the dining experience to medications and to one on one CARE for our mom, knowing she was on hospice and her time with the community would be short. I would say that all staff members went above and beyond, but honestly, I believe this is the level of care that they provide every day, not just in special circumstances. Their communication level is outstanding for family members. They kept us in the loop at all times and continually showed that we did not make a mistake in choosing this facility over others in the area. When questions or concerns were brought to their attention, they listened to and resolved them in both a professional and courteous manner. They reassured not only our mom, but our entire family that they are a COMMUNITY by their wonderful activities, attention to details and inclusiveness. Our mom did not LIVE where they worked, they WORKED in our mom’s home. We would strongly recommend you consider Orchard Park Senior Living for short or long term residency of your loved one. Orchard Park is the best decision I've ever made in my life my father is extremely happy there The place is Awesome!! The staff is Awesome !! They treat me and my father Oliver Hoffmann like family I've been working for Lake County Department of Social Services for 14 years as Lead Maintenance Teck and had been at Orchard Park in the past for work and I knew it would be a great place for my father and I was absolutely right. Our experience with our family member has been wonderful. Mom was in a big facility prior to coming to Orchard Park. This is a much smaller facility with friendly people who clearly enjoy the work that they do for the residents. Building relationships with residents and staff has been great for all of us. Especially for mom.

My mother has lived at Orchard Park Senior Living in Clearlake for 10 months. I couldn't be happier. The facility is lovely. Residents have their own living space that includes a kitchenette with refrigerator/microwave, and a private bathroom. The spacious dining room serves three hot meals daily. There is a cozy living room with a fireplace and large screen TV where movies are shown. A large activity room has several events scheduled daily. The best part of Orchard Park is the people who work there. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is always kind, cheerful, and eager to help in any way. I visit weekly, and everyone says hello. One or two of the workers usually takes a moment to give me an update on how mom is doing. My mom is in her late nineties, and needs help with most things. I always find her clean and nicely dressed. Her bed is made and her living space clean and orderly. She always tells me how much she loves the women and men who care for her, and she isn't easy to please. Me? I'm convinced they only hire angels. ❤️ I highly recommend Orchard Park to families needing a safe, caring, supportive environment for their elderly love ones.
