Best nursing facility around!

I leave one star because the system does not allow zero stars. Terrible staff! Cold food, no reply when you hit your call button. Hospice nurse's aide hit button for help in turning patient, waited an hour, no service or help. Patient was unable to open butter, no help from staff, who were outside the room laughing and talking. Don't put your loved one in here unless you don't like them very much. No help to go to the bathroom after hitting call button. They did not even do patient bathing.
