absolutely terrible staff, there are certain women i saw that are a joke. fake faces and fake attitudes. i can see how they treat the other employees just from a customer perspective and it’s disgusting.. they shouldn’t have their jobs. they’re creating a negative culture. especially where an inclusive environment should thrive. if they weren’t there i could see the environment change tremendously for residents and staff.

They can't keep management because of such a toxic environment. They don't care about your family they are just another number squeezing u out if money. The building is falling apart. Constant turn over in staff because of upper management. Will tell you there is a spendown to Medicaid to get you to move in only to lie about it. Now you've wasted ur time and money and so tired you just keep ur family there. Get everything in writing. Don't trust them with your family.

Hi Lacey, we're sorry to see you left us a 1-star review! Providing excellent resident care and providing a simplified but engaging lifestyle is our mission here at Olympic Place by Bonaventure, and that's not always the easiest or cheapest mission to accomplish! In the State of Washington, all residents are given Medicaid disclaimer outlining how Medicaid works in our community. Depending on when you're loved one moved in, we may have had Medicaid at that time, given the economic conditions in the state were much different, but they still would have received a disclaimer outlining that our available Medicaid beds may change and that a spend down is not guaranteed. As time has went on, the cost to operate a Retirement Community has increased exponentially and thus we are no longer able to accommodate Medicaid residents in our community. We're sorry if this has caused you or your family hardship. If you need assistance with finding alternative placement, our team in the community would be happy to assist as well as us here at the home office would be happy to as well! Please email us at help@livebsl.com at your earliest convenience if you would like our assistance.

From the moment my Mom and I stepped in to Olympic Place we were so happy to have found this community. The manager Jennifer is so kind, thoughtful and supportive in every way! She helped us get the perfect room right away. My mom loved it. The whole staff is amazing! They made my Moms last year so fun. Thank you for all you did for Mom but also for everyone that steps in your doors..
