We absolutely loved working with Kim. She was so thorough in getting my Mom into Oakwood. Kim delivered above and beyond on all her promises. So thankful to work with someone like her during this process. Jodie was super helpful and so was RJ. The place is gorgeous and I could go on and on. This place is amazing!!! I'm a CNA that's been to about every place in the area for 1 reason or another and this is THE ONLY place I would consider if/when the time comes that I could no longer care for my mama. The gentleman I've cared for over 10 yrs recently became a resident and the level of care, thoughtfulness, kindness and understanding goes beyond expectations. I've waited close to 2 months before writing this review because I was sure it was all just a show to get us in the door but it's real and authentic. RJ takes my request and I know whatever I needed will be taken care of ASAP. The caregivers, Tan, EJ and others are top tier, even housekeeping goes above and beyond basic requirements. They truly put the dream team together and created a wonderful place where you know you're loved ones are taken care of. I could continue this review but I think I've got the point across lol WE LOVE IT HERE!!!

Last summer we needed a place for my sister, and Oakwood Senior Living was our answer. I’ve always had a terrible fear of the thought of putting a family member in a facility. The first time I walked through the door at Oakwood, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The place is amazingly beautiful!!! I was instantly greeted by one of the employees asking if I needed help with anything. From that moment on, I knew my sister was in the right place. Every single employee, regardless of what department they work, greets you with a smile and speaks every time. The professional staff/employees genuinely care about the residents and gets to know them on a personal level. There has never been a single request denied if my sister needed anything. If anything, the are proactive, ahead of the game. The place is clean and decorated so beautiful. It reminds me of a “high end” hotel. I could go on and on about Oakwood, so I will end with this. RJ Russell goes above and beyond for all the residents. He is so sincere and thoughtful. He helps my mom Mary Ellis daily. He has made her being here so much better.
