DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. My grandfather has lived at this facility for several years, and the quality of care has steadily declined through multiple management changes. He’s in the early stages of dementia and has been reluctant to move, but what we’ve experienced here has reached a point where I can’t stay silent anymore. In my experience, the facility has ongoing issues with cleanliness and pests. The residents are not fed properly, staffing is extremely limited, and there have been times when it appeared that no staff were present at all. Medications have been mixed up on more than one occasion, which is a major safety concern. Most recently, a “decluttering” company was allowed into residents’ rooms, and many of my grandfather’s belongings including important personal documents (college papers, passport, birth certificate, photos) , jewelry, electronics, and collectible coins, went missing and were later claimed to have been thrown away. The staff who remain seem overwhelmed and unsupported, while management feels distant and unresponsive. I have stayed quiet out of fear of retaliation, but I can’t continue to do so while these conditions persist. Families deserve to know what they may be walking into.

I moved my brother here From Grand Villa in May, and he couldn’t be happier. Large open spaces, his own private room, he likes the food, and it costs less!

I would strongly caution anyone considering living at Oakview Terrace. The unit I saw had black mold covering the ceilings, filthy floors, and a broken front door, which is not only inconvenient but also a serious fire and safety hazard. Outside, there’s trash piled up along the side of the building that hasn’t been picked up in weeks, creating an awful smell and attracting pests. It’s clear that maintenance and management are neglecting basic health and safety standards. Until these serious issues are addressed, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

My Aunt is in the Memory Care Unit, and the staff are very Friendly and Consistently demonstrates that they care about their job. when I was visiting my Aunt I saw them checking and making be sure the residentes were safe.

This place is a disaster. This is awful “food“ burnt frozen pizza slice and gross wilted lettuce they are serving to veterans and seniors with dietary needs. This place sucks
