Oaks at Towne Lake

Bad response time to call buttons!!!!!!! When you call and ask staff to check on your loved one it usually doesn’t happen!!! They need to do better!!!!! Sara and Miguel are great!!!! Everyone else not so good!!

After a warm welcome for my tour & a cold bottle of water, I was introduced to June Allen, Community Relations Director who gave me a tour and answered all my questions. I was impressed with the facility and appreciated the gift of peach jam just for visiting.

My mom lived at the Oaks at Towne Lake for three and a half years before passing away there a month ago. I am profoundly grateful to all of the staff there for the love and care they provided to her over those years, especially in the last months of her life. Very special thanks to Sara and Miguel and Willie who were our favorites. Their tender, loving care will never be forgotten. It is a great comfort to me that, since I was unable to get there in time, Sara was with Mom when she left this life. Other special mentions go to Executive Director Laura and Nursing Director Koko who supported Mom and me with kindness and patience. Five stars is not nearly enough to recommend the Oaks to anyone seeking a quality home for a loved one. Trust me when I tell you not to bother trying to find one better.

We recently moved my 91-year-old mother to The Oaks Assisted Living Facility, and the entire experience has been wonderful. Laura and Coco went above and beyond to help with the transition and made all of the arrangements seamlessly smooth during what could have been a stressful time for our family. The activity directors, Kimberly and Ann, have also been absolutely amazing! There are so many daily activities and truly something for everyone to enjoy: chair yoga, walking classes, movies, daily devotionals, games, penny auctions, monthly family gatherings, shopping trips, lunches out, pet therapy, and so much more. The list of activities feels endless, and they continue adding new opportunities every month. The facility itself is always clean, beautiful, and welcoming. Most importantly, the entire staff is caring, professional, and attentive. We are so grateful for the kindness and support shown to my mother and our family. I would highly recommend The Oaks to anyone looking for an assisted living community for a loved one.

I had a really good experience here, the activities were actually fun and not boring at all and the whole place felt really home like and family friendly. the staff was super nice and welcoming and it didn’t feel fake, they were smiling and greeting us like that’s just how they are. i didn’t feel judged at all which made everything more comfortable. the residents looked really happy and peaceful which i liked a lot. also the outside deck with the waterfall was really pretty. overall i would 100% recommend, it just felt like a warm and positive environment.
