I attended a lunch and learn tour at the Novato location. The facility is clean, bright, and well managed. I’m impressed with the quality of food, layout of the rooms, responsiveness of the staff, and dedication to best care practices in the memory care industry.

My grandma has been at Oakmont for a few years now and really has made it her home. Tracy and Ruth at the front desk are always so sweet and willing to help, Ann and Philip the bus driver are wonderful, and there are many others- I used to work at an assisted living facility and the people who work at Oakmont in Novato truly care and always seem to try their best to make their residents happy. On top of that my grandmother has made some great friends there so I have even more ladies to say hi to every time I visit with my son!

We can’t say enough about Oakmont Novato. I would recommend it to anyone who wants their loved one cared for in beautiful surroundings with truly exceptional support. We felt completely surrounded by angels who made sure my Mom felt loved every step of the way. Scott was compassionate, attentive, and genuinely caring—we truly felt she was welcomed and had a home there, and they delivered on that promise and more. We especially want to acknowledge Mildred, who cared for our Mother as if she were her own. She even attended my Mom’s funeral service, and we made sure she sat with our family because that’s exactly what she became to us. The food is restaurant quality, with menus presented in leather-bound books, and the ambiance throughout the community is amazing. Without hesitation, I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone.
