After visiting Oakmont and doing the tour I was very excited at the number of activities that are available and how spacious and inviting the rooms were. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. Everything was explained to us in great detail. We are definitely very impressed and we can see ourselves making this our new home. We will be checking back once we are ready to make the move. Thank you so much for all your help. We will be referring other people to come take a tour and chat with your staff. Thank your Shannon Morse.

You know the old saying, you can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig. I can't state this enough. Yes, it is a beautiful facility. Several of the staff are amazing. There just isn't enough of them. I am a Private Care Provider and made the mistake of placing my client at Oakmont of Lodi. First of all my client clearly suffers from Alzhimers. After an assessment she was placed in Supportive living. I spent the first weekend with her to get her acclimated with the facility. Once I left my client was found wandering aimlessly and scared to death. I got a call the next day that she was moved to memory care. Where she should have been placed originally. In the last year and a half my client was ill with Covid, lost everything to a bedbug infestation, and the final straw was that she and several other residence suffered from a week long bout with diarrhea, put in quarantine, and none informed me or her family. I have since moved my client to another facility. I honestly did not feel she was safe there.
