Oakmont of Chino Hills

My mom has been at Oakmont for almost a year and is happy there. She says she is a “lady of leisure” because they take “good care of me” (her) there. She enjoys the activities and likes having a place of her own. They are constantly maintaining the property; it is clean and a very pleasant environment. She likes the food very much. I’ve eaten in the dining room with her so I will verify it is very good and they provide many options if one has dietary restrictions. The staff takes good care of her and they all always call her by her name so she feels recognized. My sisters and I are grateful for this facility.

The site is clean and the employees are very helpful and cheerful. The residents have many options to activities at the facility.

My experience has been wonderful thanks primarily to the Sales Director, Pricilla. She has made me feel welcomed and cared for since speaking to me on the phone since day one. Since arriving, she and caregivers as well as the activities director , Annabelle, have gone out of their way to make me feel at home. I was reticence about moving to assisted living but I can’t recommend it enough. The food is very good, and I am a picky eater so that’s a plus. The maintenance staff lead by Antonio, are kind, courteous and efficient. My housecleaner, Nellie, is sweet and efficient. I can’t recommend this facility enough.
