My Mom was with Pauline and her staff for 2 years. My Mom was treated so well! She was always clean and well fed. My Mom was very comfortable and loved the staff. Mom had to move to be closer to my sibling, we truly miss the the level of care and the cleanliness of the North Port Pines facility.

This is an incredible facility. Somehow they seem to incorporate a "down home" family atmosphere with a caring and supportive staff. The food is delicious. Pauline and Kelly are the best!

I am an independent resident here at North Port Pines and what I like most about it here is that I feel safe. Also the food is better than any other place I've been to. The place is clean, the people are nice, and if you ask for assistance, you'll find it. The people here love us and you can see it by the way they treat us.

My mother was in residence here from May 2016 until two weeks ago. Pauline and her staff are loving and caring people doing an incredible job. The accommodations are lovely. Food service is great. If you are looking for a facility to provide care to an elderly loved one, consider visiting North Port Pines and see for yourself - you will not be disappointed.

Took my dad here and dropped him off. He thinks it's just temporary but we are back in Virginia and not a word from him so I know he's enjoying himself. Staff is great and helped him settle right in or I'm guessing lol. They were def cool about the dump and jump though...
