Really rude night shift staff member!!! Don’t expect professional care when she’s there. I was on the phone with my friend when the qmap came to pass meds around 7:30pm, she banged on the door before just walking in instead of waiting for an answer. And I overheard her say why are you on the phone during med pass? Then kept calling her babe and told her to hurry up and take the meds she’s behind schedule. My friend asked her about a medication that didn’t look right to her and she said I don’t know and I don’t care it’s on your chart just take it. I’m filing complaints with the state today because of how rude she was. I wish I had a name to add to the complaint but that’s beyond unprofessional.

My father has been at North Pointe for many years. It is a pleasant environment with friendly and helpful staff. The administrative staff have been extremely kind and helpful to me with anything I have needed their help with to assist my father with his needs. Great job North Pointe!!
