I was on a train ride in Bryson city NC on the April 22 2026 when I noticed a lady and what i came to learn from her that it was her and her team walking back and forth to keep a keen eye on their patients and the job that they done was above a beyond to give these their patients a full meaning of an independent life. I do not have a patient I live 250 miles away but I would not hesitate to say what I have learned in 4 1/2 hrs that I had to they would receive one of the strongest considerations. I have to say thank you and hats off

We moved our love one to North Pointe, Anderson, SC January 3, 2026. Two weeks into the month our local weather was in the midst of an ice storm, and this past weekend there was a snow storm, both events are not the norm for our area. I feel confident that that we chose the best assisted living facility to care for our love one. I witnessed how the director and staff prepared for a potential emergency. We were relieved when we realized how calm our love one was during and after the weather storms without us being nearby. Thank you North Pointe, Anderson,SC Bebe and her staff for your readiness to protect, serve, and love on your residents who are both long term and new.
