This community has a terrible reputation and lives up to it. Higher management spend so much time in the building but make little to no difference, often trying to take credit for what the inner department heads are working on. They spend most of their time DoorDashing themselves food and drinks all day. The morale has gone down and I would never recommend this for friends or prospective residents. Stay away. New director is horrible too, and I wouldn't normally go out of my way to write reviews like this.

I've worked in multiple retirement homes in Pullman and Spokane and those people I respect a lot, I know personally expressed how poorly the ED acts professionally with staff and others. I would do your research before putting your parents or loved ones in this building.
