The friendly staff, led by Nurit, warmly welcomed us and gave us a tour of the beautiful facility. The cleanliness and ambiance of the place were just right, and we were impressed by the special attention to safety. North Lake Villa's exceptional staff, clean and well-maintained environment, delicious and healthy meals, and a variety of engaging activities made it the perfect choice for our aunt. The staff here is so amazing, they truly care for their residents and they go above and beyond! I'm sad my dad had to be transitioned to a care facility, but seeing first hand the care they provide, gives me comfort. The owner is also super great and easily accessible to speak to.
