Office should open at 8 but the office is closed.

Hi Muqadus, We're very sorry if you dropped by the office recently at 8am and found it wasn't open yet. If you stopped by the morning of February 2nd, we did have a slight delay opening that morning due to a traffic jam but, aside from the rare occurrence of that nature, the office always opens at 8am.
