bad experience with spammy check in machine but facility is nice could do better

I am one of the nurses that goes to see a patient there. Recently when I went one of my patients was covered in bug bites yet med tech said it wasn’t scabies, so one Day I decided to enter the restroom and next thing you know I saw three bed bugs in the floor walking I feel bad for the residents getting bit by these bugs . I hope they get rid of those bugs How would they put their workers at risk family members and visitors?

MY grandmother loves it here. I would definitely recommend this place for your loved ones. He/she will be in the best care possible at New Horizon Lodge.
