New Horizon Homes staff are dedicated, caring, client-focused healthcare professionals, providing top-notch care of each client. Our family is relieved to have best-in-class 24-hour-care for our beloved family member. Staff strive for opportunities for client enrichment and fun. Staff are creative problem solvers, which is crucial when I live out-of-state and am unable to manage medical appointments. The owners are hands-on and provide our family with regular updates. The owners also invest heavily in professional and personal growth opportunities for their team members.

My mom has been a New Horizons Home resident for a year and a half. I can’t say enough amazing things about the care staff with New Horizon. This is not just a job it is a calling …and they care for and love their residents like their own family. My mom is treated with kindness and respect. She is cared for and loved on in a warm, clean and welcoming environment. She has actually improved since moving into a New Horizon home. We are thankful for this wonderful care organization!!!

We moved our mother into a New Horizon home 9 months ago and she is thriving❣️❣️❣️ It was absolutely THE BEST decision that we could have made❣️❣️❣️ When you arrive and step over the threshold, you immediately feel like you are at home. The staff is AMAZING, the homes are so inviting, and welcoming!!! All meals are prepared in an open kitchen concept, the homes are constantly being cleaned and tidied up….the staff ALWAYS has a smile on their face!!! I really cannot say enough about how happy we are with our decision…..I have even shown my friends around the house, just in case they are in need of a move for their loved ones❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

New Horizon Homes cared for my husband during the final 5 months of his life. They provided the most loving, caring, friendly, clean and safe environment for him. I highly recommend the Rocky Top house. With that said, I have toured and met the staff at Knollview and Campbell. They are all exceptional care givers. Abby and Skah manage the Rocky Top house and I love them dearly. They took such good care of my husband and quickly became my family. The Owner (Buke) and Operations Manager (Tucker) are easily accessible and responsive to any questions you have. They are the best!
