New Beginnings

My sister currently resides here. I went to see my sister and the staff was very rude, told me that she had to go check if I could come in, she was told 3 wks ago I was allowed to visit. Not to mention that I even called earlier that day telling her we were coming. She looked like she just got out the shower, hair in towel. My dad calls my sister 2 times a day at a certain time & when Mary is working she either doesn't answer or she says "she doesn't want to talk today." My sister has no speech & cannot speak for herself. I would not recommend this place at all and hope to have my sister home soon 😞 only people that are unhappy with themselves are mean to others!!

my family an i have had the worst time with Mary, she never answers the phone, she makes up the weirdest rules. and she yells at my grandpa! if i was her employer she would be fired on the spot!
