For 18 months, FND caused severe loss of leg, hand, chewing, swallowing and breathing functions. I was fortunate to find ANR and get treatment. Lani Dumas, Samatha Steele, Brook Jeffers , Jefferson Holm and staff were able to turn this completely around. Their highly specialized approach and vast experience made the difference. Before coming here, doctors and specialists had given me little hope, so it's an incredible feeling to walk out of here and pick up my normal life again. I'll be living with profound gratitude for what these talented people have done for me.

I was admitted in August of 2022. I have received some of the best care. The entire management, therapy team and caregivers have been very helpful in my recovery journey. They have made me feel at home, and have been extremely supportive throughout everything. I highly recommend Neuro Rehab Care of Scottsdale !!

It feels important to share the good word about the beautiful Neuro Rehabcare Scottsdale facility, and to express gratitude to both management and all skilled caregivers for their professionalism and competence ...and most importantly for their high level of compassionate care. Our 61-yr-old brother has been living with a traumatic brain injury since age 20 and has lots of experience with both post-acute and long-term residential care facilities. NRC gives us confidence and peace-of-mind that he can continue to live close to family in Arizona as he ages. IF NRC's primary focus is successful "transitional" living and the associated multitude of rehabilitative measures and therapies (PT, OT, ST etc), they are equally qualified to provide for the more nuanced needs of someone so many years post-injury ...and in a warm and upbeat environment that feels like home and family! Aside from the degree of very genuine personal attention consistently given individuals (invaluably contributing to a sense of belonging), two specific positives stand out for us. One: staff are not only RESPONSIVE to concerns and requests, they are also refreshingly PROACTIVE in efforts to maximize quality of life. Two: staff are receptive to consideration of future possibilities for activities tailored to the long-term resident ...more community interaction, for instance. The bar is high for us, and NRC continues to meet and exceed expectations on a daily basis. Sincere thanks to Jessica, Evgenia, Chad, Devon, Ester, Sharon, Florica, Kaycee, Frida and every single caregiver ...not to mention the entire therapy team. Our brother is in such good hands.

This is a terrible rehab facility, (Peoria Location). My husband broke his neck in July and the sales rep reassured us that this would be a good place for his until we could get the insurance figured out for a long term rehab facility. The kids working there didn't know how to change his folie, and the management was horrible. There was one staff member there worth mentioning but she no longer works there. They charged us $2000.00 a day and he got a new therapist each time, if he even got therapy that day so all he actually did was assessments. They were not equipment to care for a patient of my husbands size or spinal cord injuries. Te transport ion was included in the price we paid and my insurance ended up covering most of it, and I paid out of pocket for the remainder but never received a refund. These people are scam artists that tell you what you want to hear to get someone in there and they CAN NOT deliver. My husband was never left alone during his stay there so we saw every moment of their care, not just what they show families when they visit. If you care for your loved one, find another place.

Decent Facility and Mostly Competent Staff-HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT---My mother was in this facility for several months in 2018. The initial impression was that this was going to be a life changer in terms of her rehabilitation from a spinal cord injury; unfortunately it became clear that the goal was not to rehab my mother, but to keep her there as long as possible so that they could continue to bilk the tens of thousands of dollars for her care. The management here, specifically Kristen was a nightmare to deal with. She was unprofessional and often tried to incite family feuds by claiming my mother was unreasonable and difficult to work with --they would withhold medication and intentionally make her feel like she was a problem. The professionalism was minimal, even going so far as to withhold her mail and refuse to forward to us following my mother's departure for this facility. What we witnessed in terms of care for other patients was scary; the staff had high turnover due to the lack of organization and poor compensation packages--it was a horribly misrepresented experience and I'm so thankful not to deal with these people anymore. Steer clear---this is a case of lipstick on a pig; nice facility but your loved one will not get the level of care you are paying for!
