NAVION of Greenville has provided an exceptional environment for my cousin. The staff have been warm, friendly, and caring. Activities and/or outings are scheduled daily to keep residents engaged. From time to time activities are planned to include family and friends (e.g., BBQ, Mystery Dinner Theater, etc.). The onsite nursing staff is available for questions and follow up whenever needed. The people and food are wonderful!

Went in to speak with someone at the front desk and got stuck with Tanya. Rudest person ive even dealt with, no compassion or empathy. She has no customer service skills and speaks as if shes entitled and superior to others. She needs to watch her mouth.

Avoid this facility at all costs! My 95 year old mother-in-law spent a year and a half at Navion of Greenville, and it was very unsettling. The first year was acceptable, though not wonderful. I don’t typically write negative reviews, but I can’t stay silent after what we experienced. The facility was unsanitary and had a roach infestation that went unaddressed for more than three months. Others were complaining as well, and still no action. It got to the point where we had to throw out all of my mother-in-law’s clothing, personal belongings and sentimental items because they were covered in roaches, eggs and feces. There are many nice, caring staff members but the upper management seems to be the problem. The director and another senior staff showed little to no concern for the well-being of their residents. Prescriptions were not filled and administered, and when we reported issues to DHHS, there was clear retaliation instead of accountability. Never once did we get any communication, updates or apologies regarding the situation from the director. The regional manager never even responded to 2 separate emails. They also attempted to increase my mother’s care charges twice in the same month with no notice based on so-called “assessments” that they couldn’t explain. The only additional request we had was that they make sure she stayed hydrated — which apparently required an extra $800 monthly fee. It’s beyond comprehension that any facility would treat a resident’s basic need for water as an added cost. This experience was heartbreaking and deeply frustrating. Please think carefully before placing a loved one here — no family or resident should have to go through this.

Very impressed with this community. Sometimes, when you enter a senior living community, you just sense that it is well run and that it feels like a good home for its residents. Navion is this type of place. Every employee we met was nice and the residents had smiles on their faces. Terri did a great job getting us up to speed on the community and how they do things.

To date Navion of Greenville has been a game changer for my mother. Having moved her from a near by community, The care she receives at Navion is much better. The administration and care givers keep a close eye on her and respond quickly and professionally when assistance is required. When I call with a question or issue it is dealt with immediately and communication continues until Navion and I are satisfied, and mom is comfortable. If you need assisted living for a family member or close friend my sisters and I recommend Navion, a professional company and business model for the elderly.
