I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Anthony and the young lady in the photo (my sincerest apologies for not getting her name)—they were absolutely AMAZING! Our organization, WEWINS (Women Empowering Women In Need of Support), recently hosted our second annual Christmas in July event at Autumn Lake. We provided Christmas dinner and gifts for every resident, and the joy on their faces made it all worthwhile. The success of this event was in large part due to the incredible support and dedication shown by Anthony and his colleague. They were not only helpful and engaging, but also went above and beyond to ensure that every resident’s dietary needs were met, allowing everyone to enjoy the meal fully. Their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness made a lasting impression, and we are truly grateful.

This place came so highly recommended that i put both my parents here. Unfortunately, my dad passed just a few days of being there. However, my mother is still there and the staff all of them except 2 are so incredibly rude i have never seen any thing like it anywhere. they say they feed my mother and giver her water and juice but when we the family get there her food is just sitting there and she is so thirst she gulps down her juice and water. So thirsty her lips are chapped. This isn't once or twice this is every visit. My mother is a feeder meaning she needs someone to feed her but at every meal when we get there her whole plate is just sitting there untouched. AND on Saturday June 28, 2025 they ran out of all her medication. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN??????? This isn't an assumption the nurse told us this. When I call the nurses are rude the aides don't come do any thing when asked the laundry folks don't care if the clothes are labeled they throw anyone's clothes in any room. Before i complained it was all good but i feel like since i had a issue with an aide now nobody wants to care for my mother. It makes me want to move her out of there or just bring her home. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I’m pleased with the services provided by the staff for my brother who is currently a resident there. The receptionist always greets me with a smile. When I ask for assistance from the nurse or the LPN they are there to help. Also the person who cleans the room daily keeps the floor clean and the restroom. I always reassures me that she is gonna look out for him and that I don’t have to worry.

This was my first visit! November 26, 23 My cousin is in rehab here... I asked him how he was being treated His response was He was satisfied. In addition I was impressed with the cleanliness and the building 🏢 up keep. When speaking with one of the staff they shared with me that one of the individuals who used to work there, is now a patient! I was encouraged by this testimony... Please Please keep up the good work!
