Murrieta Gardens

After a bad mountain biking accident and 10 days at the local hospital I was moved to this facility for my rehab. I have nothing but positive things to say about my 2 week stay here. Richard, my case worker made sure to keep me informed. Jack, Serg, Danielle and Anthony made sure I got the most out of my PT/OT. The nursing staff showed how much they care for the people they were task with providing care with their positive attitudes and quality care. 2 stand out nurses were Montse and Josh. Hopefully I will never need rehab again, but if I did I would be returning Murrieta Health and Rehab Center.

Someone took me off of the contact list for my significant other. Richard came into my significant others room yesterday and told him I was no longer aloud on the property. Because I videoed him and sent it to my aunt to get her opponent. I said to my aunt I agree he does look like someone drugged him up. And all of a sudden two ladies came in said can you come with us to social services. And the guy named Richard tells me I can nolonger come to this rehab center. And when i just called I was to they don't have to talk to me. . He is not getting his pray of his neck and back.and he has no ability to walk anymore because he has had to stay in his bed now for over a month from fractured ribs in the right side. Richard in social services. Patient is Carl Pane. Some one please help get this straighted out

I was enjoying the patio this afternoon when a beautiful lady with a lovely smile approached me. I felt like sharing my most intimate thoughts. I told her how much I wished my wife came here instead of Encanto. I had back surgery and I am already walking. Sadly my wife passed away in that horrible facility. She would still be alive if she came to Murrieta. The rehab team is just incredibly supportive. I can’t complain everything and everyone is so helpful. Thank you so very much for your kindness and sincere care.

🚨 WARNING: DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! 🚨 If you want your loved one to suffer from neglect, poor hygiene, and lack of proper medical care, then this is the place for you. But if you actually care about their well-being and want them to thrive, STAY FAR AWAY from this facility. I nearly lost my loved one due to sheer negligence. They complained for weeks about not feeling well, yet the staff did nothing. It wasn’t until they were completely unresponsive that anyone decided to act. By then, it was almost too late. Let’s talk about the horrific conditions: ❌ Hygiene? Nonexistent. ❌ Lost personal belongings? Constantly. ❌ Basic care like helping them to the bathroom? Forget about it. ❌ Had all their teeth upon arrival, now missing several. How does that even happen?! And if you’re thinking, “Oh, but they have good reviews!” Think again. The high turnover rate—from the Director of Nurses down to the staff—creates an environment of chaos and incompetence. Murrieta is a revolving door of caregivers who don’t stay long enough to truly care. 💀 If your loved one is semi-independent when they arrive, they won’t be for long. This place strips away dignity, health, and well-being. You have been warned. Do your research before it’s too late. ⭐ If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

They got us in and out within 40 minutes and we’re friendly and honest.
