I wouldn’t put my worst enemy in that place!!!

I'm wondering if this facility is temporarily closed ? I've tried calling multiple time at different times of the day

I didn’t want to even give the one star but it was the only way to put a review. As of 4/14/23, the In-house doctor confronted my aunt about this google review regarding my great grandmother and now she is being forced to leave the facility in 30 days. My grandmother just got discharged from the hospital the same day. We are extremely disappointed.

As a family member that currently has a loved one residing at this location, I am so disappointed on how the In-House Doctor treated my mother today regarding FMLA paperwork for my grandmother (her mother). Not only did the doctor not know who my grandmother was and her medical condition, he had an attitude about it. I'm not going to speak too much about the lack of care she has been receiving but if you can not properly do your job and talk to people respectfully, maybe you should not work at this type of facility. As a healthcare worker myself, I am appalled. Please do better. We shouldn't have to worry about our grandmother while she is in your care.
