As a healthcare professional who regularly partners with local senior living communities, I can confidently say that Charter Senior Living stands out as one of the best communities in the area. I visit this facility at all times, day and night. I can honestly say that I have never had a negative experience. If you are looking for a senior living community for your loved one, I highly recommend Charter!

I visited Charter Senior Living in Gallatin unannounced. I've had bad experiences before with facilities like these so I just wanted to show up and see what happened. I was immediately greeted by genuinely friendly and caring people who took their time to show me around and make me feel welcome. I came at a busy time with lots of activity and smiling faces. I don't think I've ever seen a happier place. To top it off there was an adorable little dog, several cats and a tiny little goat in pants spreading the joy. This place is a treasure!

Great place! The staff is always very nice and helpful. Atmosphere is always pleasant and everyone seems comfortable in their environment!

Charter Senior Living of Gallatin is a top notch facility! I have been VERY impressed with the care, compassion, and quality of service that my loved one receives.
