Our mother has thrived at the Fayetteville Bungalows. The nurses are aware of her needs and communicate effectively with the family. The activities director truly cares for the residents. The director is receptive if there is an issues even on the weekends. The facility is always clean. The food is still a work in progress but they are actively working on improving the quality.

My in-laws moved in almost 2 years ago. The staff is kind, compassionate as well as capable. They help as needed with a great attitude. The staff truly cares about the residents. They provide multiple social events daily. The nurses communicate well with residents & family when issues arise. Mom & Dad are not always happy with the food but administration has listened and are making some of the requests happen

Our family feels extremely blessed to have chosen the Bungalows with my parents. The team members care about the residents and create a relationship that feels like family. The staff is accessible and responsive to concerns. My parents love the staff and have transitioned well to assisted living. We can highly recommend the Bungalows for the care of your loved ones.

Enjoyed the exceptional care from staff. My meals were pureed to perfection. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Admin took the time to out unwrap my straw for steak dinner

Dear Bungalows staff, Words cannot express the gratitude we have for the genuine concern and attention provided for our mother and all our family. Our mother entered the facility in early September. Sadly the decision to place her was not one that we as her family wanted to do. But from the moment we met Destiny and her staff, they did everything possible to help our mother and family transition. At times caring for our mother as if she was their own mother. Because she was so angry with us she wouldn’t see us. Destiny and all her staff not only were constantly comforting our mother they were doing the same for us. Destiny went over and above by being available to us practically 24/7 and even checking on us to make sure we were emotionally stable throughout all this. Now, almost two months later, although our mother still wants to go home, she will acknowledge that the staff at the Bungalows are the most wonderful, caring, and professional people she has ever met . Although this has been an incredibly difficult journey. I can’t imagine having gone through this without the assistance of Destiny and her staff. The staff has ensured that all our Mother’s needs are met. Physically , medically and emotionally. Destiny and her staff made one of life’s hardest experiences as bearable as possible. I would love to name all the staff that has helped us out. But for fear of leaving someone out I will say this. It takes a village and that is exactly what the staff at the Bungalows is, a VILLAGE!!
