🩷Marc, Amanda, Emily and staff are all SENSATIONAL! Thank you all for your time and expertise! This nursing home is very clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful. From the moment you walk in, the front desk crew will greet and help direct you. The rooms are huge and very clean. Everyone at Little Chute health services goes above and beyond to make sure that your loved ones are well taken care of. They really care!Thank you all so much!🩷

My wife's sister Debbie Rangle has been a resident there since Christmas eve 2024, We have visited many times along with other family members, She has Dementia in later stages but seems very comfortable there and all the nurses said Debbie is doing very good. She gets physical therapy weekly and recently even got her up walking. Her room is very comfortable and decorated with family pictures etc. It was an emergency with her husband that landed her there cause it was the only place available at the time, but the family is satisfied that it's the right place for Debbie.

My cousin was admitted here on hospice 3 months ago. His wife stayed with him the first night he was there. His pain was out of control, he yelled and cried out in pain throughout the entire night. His wife asked his nurse give him pain medicine, to call his hospice nurse, or do something to make him more comfortable. The nurse never did anything. She didn't give him any medicine, she never called his hospice nurse, she never even came in his room to check on him. The next morning on day shift he passed away. The night shift nurse told the day shift nurse that he slept well through the night. This place should be shut down.

I'm so worried about my dad. He pushes his call light to get help with transfers to his wheelchair, and the bathroom. When he pushes his call light nobody comes to his aid for 30 to 45 minutes. By that time he's on the floor because he keeps falling. He told me the last time he fell he was on the floor for at least 30 minutes this is unacceptable. The staff knows he is a FALL RISK, however they are not doing anything about it. He is only there temporarily for rehab, but I'm afraid for his safety. This place stresses me out worse than when he was at home on his own. The food is horrible he's not eating and loosing weight. I'm so sad for him and I'm afraid he's gonna pass away before I get him moved. I'm going to file a negligence complaint against the facility.
