My mom started here in assisted living 5 months ago and was soon moved to memory care (very much needed). She has thrived and is probably in the best shape, physically and mentally, in over the last 4 years. The staff has been so loving, attentive and has taken such good care of her, especially during a time I was unable to be there for her due to my own surgery & lengthy recovery. Knowing she was safely in their charge allowed me to recover with 100% less stress. Priceless IMHO. JJ, Aleshia & Vanessa have been open, transparent and communicative from the very start. And Vineyard Park doesn’t charge for unnecessary services. When my mom requires extra attention/care, the bill reflects that. However, when that extra is no longer needed, the charges are removed. According to everyone I know with parents in assisted living care in facilities elsewhere (unfortunately, at my ages, that is quite a few), that is unheard of. I am so glad I was introduced to and chose this lovely place for my sweet momma. I can’t thank them enough & I highly recommend.

Having the opportunity to tour Vineyard Park South Hill. I found that the community was positively held. The overall atmosphere was calm, clean and organized.. The residents were happy and content, which was affirmed by their smiles. It was nice to see interactive community events happening during the tour as well.

My mother has lived at The Vineyard for 15 years. She is now 92 years old. I think she has the distinction of being the longest resident there. She has seen many changes and several companies come and go. We’ve noticed that the present staff is very responsive to her needs. Aleshia shows a passion for elderly care and she has created a staff that cares about the needs of the residents. No place is perfect, but what I have found is that they strive to make sure my Mom is well taken care of, and that matters to us. She feels safe, secure and a sense of belonging at the Vineyard and I feel good that she is there.
