MORADA FRIENDSWOOD

My name is Nancy Day. My husband Rick was in the Memory Care Unit for 8 months. He loved being in Morada Friendswood. Rick loved people and when he walked out of his room there was a host of people that were his friends. Whether patient or worker he was loved by all. Those that saw to his well-being went above and beyond their responsibilities. It was amazing to watch them work as a team as they aided those in their care. Allowing each one to have the best quality of life no matter what their disability was that brought them to Morada Friendswood. I loved seeing everyone so Happy when I came to visit Rick. Staff and Residents alike were friendly and cared about not only Rick but how I was also.

I would like to give Carla and her staff , five stars! I was there earlier this morning to do an activity with the residents in memory care. Carla and her staff were right there to help me! The residents were well taken care of . Well hydrated. Well fed. They were also very happy! Thank you for having me . I enjoyed seeing everyone smiling and having a great time. The lady at the front desk. I need to remember her name, she is always so nice. Also Andy the wellness director is doing an amazing job. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

I can't say enough positive things about the care my Dad has received in Morada's Memory Care Community. Carla, Mary and Helena and the rest of the Memory Care Staff have been so kind, compassionate and helpful yet also very professional. They definitely go above and beyond. I am always greeted by name with a smile every time I visit. Everything is very clean and well organized. Theresa is the best with hair cuts and grooming and so patient and kind. It is such a comfort when you are trusting the care of a loved one to others you don't know. They are like family to us and we appreciate them greatly. Highly recommend Morada Memory Care!

I would like to thank the girls that work there for all the time dedicated to take care of the residents. Thank you for making sure day in and out the residents feel safe, heard, well taken care of, fed! Bigger shout out to Sam and Alicia! The atmosphere there is great. Nothing but smiles from the residents (depending on their mood of the day ) and the workers! I see a lot of teamwork and it just makes the atmosphere so enjoyable!

I have a loved one who lives in Morada, and I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful community. Every time I visit, I'm always greeted warmly by the residents sitting in the rocking chairs in the front and the staff is always very welcoming! The atmosphere is all around very comfortable and homey. If you're looking for a supportive environment for yourself or a loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend Morada.
