This building is Amazing

All I can say is believe the negative reviews of this place. My mother was there for two horrid this past winter following a brief hospitalization. They mismanaged her medical issues and that which they serve 3 times a day that is supposed to pass for food was absolutely disgusting and appalling. My siblings and I are all healthcare professionals and when we attempted to address the concerns we were met with gaslighting or were just ignored outright. The one piece that was good was all the PT and OT she received there, but those providers are contracted by another agency. The one star is for those providers only.

Excellent care, clean, kind staff. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the nights could be hard getting care. I suspect this is because of staffing night shifts. I would definitely recommend this facility. We were very happy with the care and the employees.

My dad is a 100% disabled veteran, and it had become incredibly difficult for me to care for him while he was living alone. I worried about him constantly, and the stress was taking a tremendous toll on me. Then I found Monument, and I could not be happier. I finally feel at peace knowing that my dad is safe, well cared for, and surrounded by an amazing and compassionate staff. The facilities are wonderful, and the personalized care has truly been a godsend. They offer fun, engaging activities, and my dad loves having other veterans around to share war stories and connect with. He is already happier and healthier, and I finally feel like I can breathe again. I am incredibly grateful to everyone at Monument. If you are considering this community for someone you love, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend it!
