my grandmother resided here a few years ago before she passed. i walked in one day asking for a disposable mask at the front desk, and the woman working told me no, its only for people inside. i was a little disappointed, knowing how much money goes into this place and they couldn’t spare me one mask. my grandmothers care was entrusted to you all, i can only imagine how amiss she would feel knowing i was denied a simple request.

The dinning here is lousy. Some servers are good servers. They bring you stuff you don't ask for. I asked for ranch, they brought dill sauce. Once they go into the kitchen it's like they forget what they went in there for. I can count on one hand when my dish was pleasing ☝🏾June 19th still lousy. Do y'all train y'all servers or just put them in the dinning room. Someone can get I'll if they serve a person who's allergic to certain ingredients when a server doesn't know DILL SAUCE from RANCH DRESSING. Brussels Sprouts from Asparagus.🫤

THE 2ND FLOOR..I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I BROUGHT MY MOTHER HERE AFTER SHE HAD EXPERIENCED A HORRIBLE TIME AT THE HOSPITAL BEFORE COMING HERE.. FROM MANAGEMENT TO STAFF.. COMMUNICATION IS AT A LOW. MANAGEMENT DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE HOW [THE STAFF TREATS PATIENTS AT ALL.. I HAVE COMPLAINTED TO NO END.. AND HAVE SEEN ZERO CHANGES.. MY MOM HAS TO WORRY ABOUT .THINGS LIKE HIDING BANKETS TO MAKE SURE SHE HAS ONE. SHE HAS WENT 2 NIGHTS WITH NO BLANKETS EVERY TIME I VISIT WHICH IS OFTEN.. THINGS LIKE MY MOM'S BED SIDE TOILET IS FULL.. HER PULL UP IS FULL AND SHE IS SMELLING .. THE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE.. MY MOM IS 86YRS OLD AND IS BEING ADDRESSED WITH UNBELIEVABLE DISRESPECT.. I BROUGHT MY MOM HERE BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING TO RETIRE HERE BUT AFTER WHAT I WITNESSED I DEFINITELY WILL NOT

Hi Sabrena, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am deeply concerned by what you’ve described, and I want to sincerely apologize for your experience and, most importantly, for the care your mother has received. What you’ve shared does not reflect the standards we hold for our team or the level of dignity and respect every resident deserves. Concerns regarding communication, responsiveness, and basic care needs—such as cleanliness, comfort, and respectful interactions—are taken very seriously. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can fully understand what has occurred and take immediate steps to address it. Please contact me at your earliest convenience so we can ensure your mother’s needs are being properly met and work toward restoring your trust. Sincerely, Mark Mullahy President & CEO

The 2nd floor skilled nursing facility is absolutely heartbreaking. I am beyond disappointed in the management and staff of what is supposed to be THE best place on the south side to have an aging parent age gracefully with dignity. They are understaffed, under funded and there is no accountability. We have been since October and are told constantly its going to get better. It has been 7 months and we are constantly complaining about the basics-like brushing teeth.

Hi Wendy, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m truly sorry to hear how disappointing this has been, especially when it comes to something as fundamental as daily care and dignity. What you’ve described does not reflect the standard we hold ourselves to, and I understand how frustrating and upsetting this must be for you and your family. Please know that your concerns are being taken seriously. A member of our leadership team will be reaching out to you directly to learn more about your experience and to ensure these issues are addressed promptly. We are committed to improving consistency, communication, and accountability in our skilled nursing areas, and your feedback is an important part of that process. Sincerely, Mark Mullahy President & CEO
