This is a home away from home for our mother; unlike the mega corporations which are so populated that no one knows your loved one's name, here at Montclair manor, when you call, they know everyone by first name. It's a family establishment , so you have direct contact with the management. They are friendly, and they know all the families who support their clients. It's important to support small establishments such as this one; they are professional, are highly qualified, and their staff are happy working there.
